In 2008, after two decades working for some of the largest window companies in the UK, David Mercer and Lisa Thornton decided enough was enough. They pooled their savings, rented a small unit in Birmingham, and set out to prove that window and door installation could be done differently.
Eighteen years later, Incuo has grown to serve homeowners across England, Scotland, and Wales. Our team of 47 includes 28 full-time installers, each averaging over 8 years with the company. We've completed more than 12,000 installations, and our customer satisfaction rate consistently exceeds 97%.
